He won't, big clubs had the chance to sign him for €22mill but only Stoke and Everton bid, why would club pay more when they had chance to buy for less. Yarmo and Kiev owner are deluded they think yarmo can warrant a €50 mill price tag when he is unproven in any league bar a very poor Ukrainian one

It seems to me he doesn't have the desire to play for a top European club, or he has been leaned on. Possibly disheartened at the lack of interest from top clubs last summer and/or family ties are pulling him towards staying at home.
