What a great season they are having and a great story it is.JFH is getting a lot of respect for starting at the bottom and working his way up.As a young boy i used to watch The Brewers when they played at Eton Park under Neil Warnock and have followed their progress ever since. In the days of multi million pound TV deals and Champions League football it is so refreshing to see a club like Burton doing so well. They could now be the second biggest club in Staffordshire.

Yeah very well run club I heard a rumour last year that the chairman was shitting himself at prospect of getting promotion and the extra money he would need to put it so dread to think what he's like at the moment. They could get promotion again this season especially if JFH stays but that's what they need to be careful of as a lot of clubs will be taking notice of JFH at the moment. Peterborough were rumoured to be interested when they sacked Robertson. Best thing Burton have ever done is to get the FA to build St George's park in Burton as they use it as there training facilities and when all the big international teams and teams like Barca and Benfica come over for pre season training they all ask to play Burton in behind closed doors friendlys.

Burton is a nice place to watch your football. Easy to get to and park up, cash turnstiles and terraces, what's not to like. I think Jimmy sets Burton up at home like an away side from what I've seen this season. They're not in debt and own the Pirelli stadium. I rather think on gates of 2,500-3,000 they may be hitting their glass ceiling soon. I hope not, go Brewers!

Doesn't seem the right sort of material to be a manager, but you've got to say has done a great job.

Really comes across well in his pre and post match interviews and does not seem to have a problem with working with players and staff who were not upto his level as a player.Very impressed with him so far, could be one to watch.Think he needs to stay at Burton and take them as far as he can then maybe a job like Sheff Wed or a similiar challenge not move straight into the Prem then fade away. But have to say i love seeing The Brewers doing so well.

Robinson's a clever bloke and he'll see Burton fine even if they make the championship, the way he got Burton training at st george's is classic [if what i was told is true !]

Spooky - I too watched them at Eton Park under Warnock for the three years I lived in Burton for work. Stoke were almost always away when Burton were at home so I got footy almost every week !
