3 points obviously:
Wolly
Regrouping after the equaliser to find a winner
Diouf back and scoring
Afellay back and looking half decent.
Out of the bottom 3

Correct, although there are positives that I have found; wollly can actually defend, LMH hasn't lost the plot.

Correct, although there are positives that I have found; wollly can actually defend, LMH hasn't lost the plot. But everyone knew that already. You don't get MH's record without being decent at your job. Wooly had very good games last season.

Also Butland was again awesome. One section of the spine of the team we lost from last season, in Bego, we have a replacement for that is just as good IMO

Whelan and Butland were very good as usual. The most positive thing for me was Arnie looks like he means business.

Butland, Whelan and Arnie.
Pretty much the same three positives since the season started, not at all exclusive to today.

Yep that's about it, Jack is Jack and a certainty to be England's no1 in the near future and in the 20 million pound plus bracket when sold.

Van Ginkel's cameo showed to me he can be a real asset, he pushed us 10 yards up he pitch and was a real driving force. I still predict good things for him once he finds his feet

What ever contract we have Jack on needs to be extended. He's saving us every game.

Arnie is showing that his contract needs sorting.
Biggest plus for me was Pieters, looks back in form.

Positives for me:
1. 3 points 2. Performances of Arnie, Whelan, Wooly, & Butland. 3. A good journey home and caught most of the rugby. Ended depressed after that though!

We won. Butland. Whelan. Arnie. Bojan got more game time( he clearly needs it). No one got sent off.

- 3 points obviously - Wollscheid was solid - and helped provide more evidence why he's being used as a scapegoat on here - Walters was great, again - 2 wins in a week, hopefully great for team confidence - Arnie was immense - Shaq was doing well until he went off - Butland was quality, again - Whelan - take a bow
Lots of niggly negatives for me otherwise from yesterday, but I'm still smiling from yesterday. Why? Because we fought back and got the win.

We got a nervy win, which is exactly what we expected. We were hardly going to be uber-confident and imperious with our recent history. We came through it with three points and, like a misfiring striker who gets a deflected goal off his backside, we hopefully can start to get our season on track.
Whelan was superb. Butland was superb. Wolly looked assured and something like the CB we hoped he could be. Diouf and MVG changed the game - a plus for LMH's game management. Arnie's first half performance. Adam stayed on the pitch. Pieters was solid - again.
