were us. Cast your mind back just a few weeks ago,Spurs 2 up at half time, and it could have been more, before we fought back, and could have won in the end. Yesterday was that game only in reverse.

I said the same thing last night. A penalty ,an equaliser and as at Spurs when we nearly won Leicester could have snatched it late on. We have to beat Bournemouth

Almost carbon copy of the game against West Ham at the Brit this time last year. At half time I went out for the half time fresh air, everyone was buzzing and the only question seemed to be 'how many would we score'? Scintillating first half football largely orchestrated by Bojan and Moses. Second half we eased off, The Hammers went more direct and we had two major defensive brainfarts {largely instigated by Moses reluctance at that time to do his bit in defence from the front}. Same story yesterday. Same feeling of utter frustration at the slow start thing. Deja Voodoo.
Yet again we're like a cake in the first half of the season, all the ingredients are there but it's undercooked. It is what it is, but it does me head in on a game by game basis. And no doubt next spring I'll be rueing the missed points in the early part of the season, again. I won't be chucking the toys out, there are loads of positives and a decent squad, but I think Hughes and co could do more to stop the 'slow start' becoming a self fulfilling prophecy. I'm sure we could still be stronger in the second half of the season without continually sacrificing 45 minutes of each game early doors.

Yep, sucks to be on the other side. And it does also remind me of the 2-2 against west ham last season as well.
