We continue to grow and try and promote our venture. We can be found on YouTube Facebook and Twitter should you like to follow Leek Town F C and England away.
Last night I had a brief chat with Bertie Biggins who was at Harrison Park watching his son play for Stocksbridge Park Steels.

Impressive for a non league club. Have to say the pitch is looking a damn sight better than it did in the days I used to come there with Burscough. Has it been replaced and the drainage issues sorted? Used to be permanently bumpy, muddy and soaking wet. Otherwise ground doesn't seem to have changed much.

I could never quite get behind this side, always paled in comparison to some of the better sides in The Traders League like Alsager Town FC (where Chugga, Dutch Stokie, and Bayern turned out) and Eintracht Fegg Hayes.

Do Fegg Hayes still play in a bottle green coloured strip. I played for them in 61-62 when we won the S o-T youth championship.
