I thought he showed good touches but his good work came in the middle and his touches and just the way player wreaked of a #10 and not a winger. I'm just at a bit of a loss with him tbh! Signed as a left winger, only played in the middle to get fitness up. Hughes said he was but it still doesn't mean I think he is a winger. He looks anything but to me. Just an odd signing.

I have it from a very reliable source (I have no source) that the club are after a new dog before the window closes to become the new mascot
He has 3 legs, blind in one eye, missing right ear, tail broken, recently castrated...answers to the name Lucky

Seems ourselves and Nixon have the same player, we assumed it was a non uk based player as he flew in Manchester airport and was picked up by Stoke for talks. Has Jedinak been out the county for some reason hence him flying in, or could it have been a domestic flight from heathrow? But I doubt Stoke were in talks with 2 players yesterday

How does he come into the "shrewd" or "The most shrewd signing of the window" category????? Very deflating if true!

Great signing and just what we need
An experienced player who can dominate the midfield, not as good on the ball as Nzonzi but him and Whelan would give the back 4 excellent cover

We do need a strong midfielder to play alongside Whelan, especially away from home and against the top sides at home, otherwise we are far too open. The Norwich game made that very clear if it was not before.

He injured his hamstring against Shrewsbury and could be out for months according to Pardew

If it's Jedinak, he's a decent enough player who I wouldn't be disappointed to see in our squad.
But how that could be described as "possibly the shrewdest" signing of the window is beyond my imagination. Unless they are paying us millions to take him or something

Squawk Sport saying Berbatov & Lescott to Villa, Adebayor to West Ham. Adebayor could still do a job, but apparently wants to play in London, travelled up each day to villa to train, not good.
