Just as everyone used to say after our games, I'm glad we don't have to watch that shite every week.
Watching a team with two extra players struggle to create a chance and resort to time wasting, with Joleon Lescott running down the wing is absolutely mind numbing. I am so, so happy we've moved on.

As far as Pulis is concerned he will be back off down the M6 thinking job done and won't give a shit about how ugly and cynical they were to get the job done. When it happened to us when he was here I did not give a shit when we got the points but as far as the opposition and neutrals are concerned I can see why they hated us.

Some of us grew to hate his approach when he was inflicting his god awful dross on us and we hate it even more now. He's not a tactical genius, he just completely lucked out today thanks to ruthless officials and despite an utterly cowardly display. He didn't achieve or win anything today. He just lucked out, no matter how much you try and try and act like his agent. If we ever went back to that I think I'd give up on attending the games. |
