Well, there's Liam.... then there's Liam... then Liam of course.
If I could have a second pick for runner-up it would be Rory, no question. With honourable mentions for several more, Ryan early on, Ricci when he's been on, both keepers at various times, Leon going forward. But Liam and Rory have characterised this season for me.

Lawrence, we'd be lost without him

Three players EQUALLY deserve this, Ricardo Fuller , Lawrence and Shawcross.
Fuller is the talisman, he lifts everyone around him. Lawrence is our best player, pound for pound that is, work rate AND quality. And Shawcross has been simply outstanding for someone so young this season...

I voted Leon Cort because no one else has, he has been good, although I think Lawrence is the best so far.

Liam - no question. Fuller has been too greedy at times, although the game he had verses West Brazil is performance of the season. Shawcross - fantastic earlier in the season, a little off the boil now along with Cort. Rory has gotten better each week so it just shows we did the right thing in waiting for him to get fit. Anyway, that's my two penneth worth

My choice is between Liam and Dicko. I think Liam will win the poll, so my vote will go to Dicko - the best left back at the club. He always gives 110%, has a great passion for the club, gets dropped for no reason but comes back fighting and raring to go. Great potential
