Just taken the kids to watch this new pixar cartoon, about the workings of an 11yr old girls emotions. V clever film with plenty of psychology. I'm sure I once had a bad trip that resembled it

Watched it a few weeks back and couldn't help thinking it was just a cheap copy of "The Numskulls" from the beano years ago My 8 year old was inconsolable when that pink elephant died...pixar you bastards!

Recently seen this film. Very good, recommended.
In fact one of the many pro's about being a Dad is you get to watch kids films without fear of looking like Uncle Knobby in the flicks.
These films are aimed at kids but when you analyse them they tap into the core of who we are. I believe we never truly grow up ( many of my posts reflect this!). I think it was Franz Fanon or Albert Camus who said something like he only ever experienced the joy he had in childhood when he was at a football match. A really good film also does this for me and the innocence of kids films always leaves you positive and uplifted. Growing up sucks as this generation may well say
