Have. It's not difficult and 'of' doesn't even make sense. Why do people say/write of instead of have, it's really annoying when they can't even use their own language properly!

It's as simple as the elided contraction "could've" being phonetically similar to "could of".

We know why they do it. What we need to work out is how to stop them. I think it's important to recognise that people like the OP who don't have English to the level of a moderately intelligent eight year old, cannot be integrated properly into British society. What I would propose is a nationwide network of holding centres, or concentration camps if you will, which would be used for these people to bring them to a level that would allow them to integrate. A harsh and possibly fatal regime would ensure they are properly motivated.
I know this might be seen as racist in some circles, so we'd initially round up people like imallstokedup who have no excuse.
