When I become the voice of reason around 8 posts in your fucking deadsure this is either massive premature knicker wetting or just a retarded thread. This is well both of them. I'm just not sussed to even post in half of these stupid, way out of context and worthless threads that need a berth to the shitbin forever especially this early in a season. It's getting tiresome.

I've said numerous times over the last 48 hours Credit where credit Is due it's a great signing and to follow it up with another of the same calibfe would be stunning. . However for the sake of balance their is a thread on here that puts our inverstment over the summer at plus £2..5m forget whether fees are the acid test or not for me we are still in need of a central Midfielder , it's a great signing and case for optimism but it's not every Answer to the team we saw on Sunday where power in the engine room was very much reduced. A loan centre half might be needed the next two games will determine if the defence is as stood under pressure as it first appeared on Sunday . However it's a great signing and fot what all involved deserve frat credit I stopped reading when I reached the word "optimism". You're about as optomistic as a dying fly who has been stuck in a spiders web for a day. In true Delia Smith style,I'll give a shout out for all the others who have made themselves look like complete and utter morons this summer...... "Come on,where are you"? "Let's be avin you"!!!!! "Where are the BEST fans in the world"?

We jsit started our first pre - season game with a centre 3 of Sidwell , Ireland and shenton if that's not a poor window id hate to see one when it comes Please don't shout Bojan to quote sky he is here to sign autographs clearly miles off yet we need out transfer team to forget about the stock less shop , the Singapore jolly and extract digit pronto if we are to catch up Thus far this window has been an utter shambles, this after Hughes was promised money is available to sign the next level player. The prospect of losing begovic, nzonzi and Moses ( 3 of our best players from last season) has left us in the position in which we will have to find suitable replacements for those players just to be on PAR to last season . Just on par, not improving. So whilst we face the prospect of having a worse team then last year , our rivals ( west ham, swansea, even palace, Newcastle and sunderland are in the process of making big signings) are actually IMPROVING theirs. After spending next to nothing in 4 windows we should've been in the position to make 3-4 10mill +signings , but instead We're now being linked with free transfers like Glen fucking Johnson. Thus far it seems money is only available to make 1 big signing (shaq).Do people really think that there is a war chest of Funds available, or are we penny pinching again ? We have now a month until the season starts, so the pizza boys and coats better get their asrses into gear. Make no mistake, we now need 5 top class signings to improve of last season www.incontinenceuk.co.uk/Disposable-Pull-Up-Incontinence-Pants/TENA-Incontinence-Pants-Discreet.html?gclid=CJaP3dryoscCFWXItAodIaoEKw#incontinence_productsJesus Christ read the first line of the thread you Muppet... Jesus Christ read the first line of the thread you Muppet... Do I have to explain what "thus far" means to you .... No you don't, stop being a muppet so early in the window ffs it was only 2 weeks old, wait and see what aspires before commencing with the doom mongering, fill the glass up past half way etc. My favourite muppet was gonzo, what was yours?

Jesus Christ read the first line of the thread you Muppet... Do I have to explain what "thus far" means to you .... Yes but as everyone was telling you "thus far" is meaningless it's like deciding the season is bad during pre-season. It is a "Transfer Window" and can only be judged at the end when the results can be set against objectives. Even so the negative views being put forward were nonsense as it has been a good window since it started - we sorted a tricky problem of 2 goalkeepers leaving - we strengthened right back and central defence, selling an ageing centre back for £3 million - rebuilt our midfield swapping an international, elite club player for a wannabe French international and pocketed £7 million - increased our creative options - added several high potential youngsters Then we signed Shaqiri. Top quality decision-making at execution on a weekly basis. It may take time for this team to gel as our younger players settle but that was true of Begivic and N'Zonzi and Bojan and Mumiesa. What we have is a much stronger base going forward. We now need to shed a couple of our older attackers and keep an eye open for an ad- hoc deal but sit back and enjoy the team develop over the coming months.

Shambles was over the top, but saying a poor window up until that point was justified. Absolutely ecstatic how the window has turned out mind Gonzo.. good choice more of a fozzie bear man myself.

Despite a large number of other posters trying to show you the way for salvage of a bit of humility by pointing out that the transfer window was nowhere near over and that if come September and the situation had remained, then you were free to say what you want. However, you continued, well I think you did, from the very few sentences I could actually comprehend. For me, you can shove your defensive nature now right up your arse. Get thee sen down Boslem to the club you actually support.

Need to eat humble pie - they're doing great job. Hughes has kept most of his options open by making great signings first. This allows him to pick from the biggest pool possible and have a fire-scale in he last two weeks of the window. We might see one more signing followed by a lot of players cut in the next couple weeks to get down to 25 squad players. This is how the NFL teams opperate - they sign up free agents and draft choices first and then cut players to get down the maximum number of players allowed at the start of the regular season (47). Players that are cut are free to sign with other teams. Another thing that happens in American sport that should be adoped in the EPL. Teams can put players on the "Injured Researve" llist, which means they are ineligible to play; and then add players to the active roster.

Yes we should ban all opinion on anything to do with how the season's going until the end of May as well Based on that comparison, he should start a thread saying how the season so far is a shambles and that we are fucking down already. I give up. Some people just cannot save face.
