RIP Chris Squire
I must admit Yes were always a little inaccessible to me hard though I tried.
I pretended to like them though since it made you look 'deep and thoughtful' in front of the girls.

Chris Squire has to be one of the most talented base players this country has ever produced . As a big Yes fan this is sad news. It must 40 years ago when I first saw them and time marches on. We are all walking the plank.

A Prog Legend. He will be sadly missed.
Made his Bass sound better than most Lead Guitars.
I'm very fortunate to have seen Him and Yes at the Manchester Apollo last year.
RIP in Rock Heaven. Must be in the running for the Bass slot alongside Jimi,Keith and Jim

Remember seeing Yes do a gig at the Vic in 1975 close season. Featured with Ace and Sensational Alex Harvey Band. Brilliant day even though it rained heavily causing a powder failure for a time. It was fashionable in mid 70s for big Rock Bands to appear during the summer at football stadia across the country and probably quite a money spinner for the clubs involved.

Sad news. Wish I hadn't passed up the chance to see them with a mostly original line-up a year or two ago.

Bloody amazing those evergreen rock bands from the seventies Eddy.

I went to see them about 10 years ago, to see what the fuss was about them. I was completely unmoved.

i dont get it. what is it that you love? all i see are immature and pompous over theatrical rich boy pseudo-classical muso wankers who formed part of a very exclusive upper class clique. and thats before they don their glittery capes and pick up their instruments to play the most tedious and irritating set of instantly forgettable songs from the most ghastly and diabolical concept albums ever known to man ....i mean tales from topographic oceans, i ask you ....wtf is that? furthermore, they make me feel so ill that my ears try to curl up and close on their own whenever the unmistakable sound of self-indulgent drug addled alcoholic millionaires with zero creativity, hiding behind guitars with three necks and synths that cost more than the gdp of a small african nation, starts to resonate. their poncy brandname looks like the bisto logo and that thing with kevin keegans arse on show in the op is fucking disgusting RIP all the same
