What an absolute shambles of a club. The obviously don't think that the rules apply to them and that they can do whatever they want.
When is their FFP situation due to be resolved ?
In view of the Sandro situation hopefully they will be deducted extra points at the start of next season or hopefully relegated another division.

That should definitely be a point reduction if true.

Nope.when a player moves the new club need to re-apply for the WP.the WP is granted for that particular employer rather a time frame.if they've been granted 1 for a club in the same league and there's no time break it's more or less a token gesture and will be approved again so seriously shoddy admin on QPRs side here.Fernandez is a law unto himself and really needs taking down a peg or 2

You'd imagine that, as the work permit would probably have been a formality, had they applied for it, that the punishment for the club won't be very severe - especially compared to the £millions they already owe the football League. I wonder what will happen to the player though? Will they allow a work permit application for him a year late? If they don't, then QPR will have to try to sell him to a non English club - and they'll take a big hit on the fee they paid for him.

You'd hope they'd face a stiff penalty. Otherwise, we could just buy Agudelo and pay the £50k fine or whatever. That way madness lies. It has to be a deterrent.

Presumably each of the 17 games he played in should now be forfeited 3-0?
Don't think it would change too much though - they only picked up 8 points in those games and it wasn't really close at the top or bottom of the table.
Villa would gain 5 points,Man City 2 & West Brom 3 I think. Ironically Manure would lose out on goals scored having beaten them by 4.

What the hell were the FA doing whilst he was playing?. Surely they know if a player has a permit or not and can legitimately play?.

A few things;
1) How do you forget to apply for a work permit.
2) Why did the FA let the transfer go through if he didn't have a permit?
3) Why didn't the FA/Premier League notice it before they did?
It's just weird.

Their previous with Faurlin would make you think they'll have already had their warning and with their probable legal battle on the 60£million they've tried to write off it's going to be a busy year for their legal team and paradoxically expensive year with all this going on. Which is brilliant, fucktey-bye. Marc Bircham I blame you for my hatred.

Not much point deducting points is there.
Can a penalty for illegal actions in prem be carried down to championship - say 8 point deduction as this seems to be the points won in games he played
