Neymar left the Brazil camp. Sensible reasonable decision or rift in the camp? I know he's suspended but he might have wanted to stay with the squad.

What a chance Argentina. Great double save by Ospina

You could watch football for a lifetime and not see many saves like that.

Argentina have been the better side but they are still very frustrating to watch, same as with the world cup they really do struggle to break teams down.

It really is a toxic combination.
They love to dive and feign injury.
They also love to put the boot in and do the cynical stuff.
It must be really shit being an official in South/Central America.

Now that was a dramatic PK event. Argentina advance.

Now that was a dramatic PK event. Argentina advance. How many last chances did Colombia want? Awful last few kicks (after a series of excellent ones at the beginning). Shame for Ospina, who was absolutely outstanding in the game.

I would be very wary of little Paraguay if I were Brazil today ....

Christian Cueva. Only 23 years old and playing for Allianz. Full international for Peru, can some of you lads that follow South American football explain to me why the big sides are not in for him?

Dunga was a terrible manager for them before why did they get him back?

Dunga was a terrible manager for them before why did they get him back? He's a yes man! I spoke with some Brazilians just after he was re-appointed. They severely dislike him.

Argentina have to be licking their chops after this Brazil result but I would not be surprised to see any of the remaining sides win the tournament. I still stand by my original prediction that Chile will win but .... Peru has that certain "je ne se qua" about them ....

Pretty fast-paced. Perhaps the video doesn't give a very good angle but seems to me several Chile attacks have been offside.

There's the breakthrough for Chile. Peru down to ten, uphill battle for them 2nd half
