On Friday.
England (from): James Taylor (c) (Nottinghamshire), Zafar Ansari (Surrey), Jonny Bairstow (wk) (Yorkshire), Sam Billings (Kent), Tim Bresnan (Yorkshire), Steven Finn (Middlesex), Lewis Gregory (Somerset), Alex Hales (Nottinghamshire), Adil Rashid (Yorkshire), Jason Roy (Surrey), James Vince (Hampshire), David Willey (Northamptonshire), Mark Wood (Durham).
Some interesting newbies in there.
Should be interesting and I don't expect a win.
Rain forecast in the afternoon.

England win the toss and field.
England
Alex Hales Jason Roy James Taylor (C) James Vince Zafar Ansari Jonny Bairstow (W) Adil Rashid Tim Bresnan David Willey Mark Wood Steven Finn
Nice batting line-up, and a chance to see what Willey, Wood and Rashid can do.

Use development squads perhaps - like this one is. This would be in the best interests of the game.

With cricket it seems the right thing to do.

Match abandoned.
Shame for the Irish and for a lot of our team who needed a chance to show what they can do.
