It's a big ask but I think we may need to turn Swansea over in the piss soaked streets of South Wales next week.
As for the threat from below, I know Everton have a tough match this weekend but I think of the sides below us they are the one with the pedigree and the form to put some heat on our jacksy.

Must win gameif we want 8th...hope the lads would treat it like a cup final tbh. I really want us to do 8th this year which is why not grabbing the 3 points today after dominatimg Sunderland is even more annoying

It's a no lose. A point wouldn't be disastrous. Swansea have 3 tough games after us. Arsenal away, Man City home, Palace away. Should be a cracker next week and can't wait. We should be delighted we're fighting for 8th and 50+ points.

If we were serious about eighth we'd have won today, to be honest. Never mind. It could still happen.

If we get 8th, fantastic, but I for one will not too unhappy if we don't. To be where we are with what we've gone through this season is amazing. We could have easily buckled but to be 9th is great

I'd echo the no lose statement, a win would all but get us 8th thought I think.

If we aspire to 8th, 3 points at Swansea would be a nice start. 1 point is imperative.

Almost a must win for me because both Stoke and Swansea have a tough final run in. After Saturday, we both have two games against teams above and one against a team below. Swansea has Arse, Citeh and Palarse. We have Spuds, Burnley and the Bin Dippers. Don't think Palarse will catch us. But even though we made Wet Sham look bad, they are ones to watch because all four of remaining games are against teams below them Burnley, Villa, Everton and Newcastle. "Nothing to play for" my arse. Going to be an exciting 4 weeks.

If Everton were to spring a mini surprise today and take down Manchester United I think they would be slap, bang wallop in the middle of it with the tools to get the job done.

Yes 8th has gone I'm afraid. It's getting tight as a nuns fanny in mid-table. It's even mathematically possible for frigging Pulis's mob to shoot past us
