I was cleaning out some of my stuff and I found a stoke city Russian doll thing (you know the ones that fit inside each other) I picked up on holiday a few years ago in Greece or Turkey! Bought it basically because it was stoke city with the outside doll having shawcross on the back!
Anyone else have any obscure stoke city stuff picked up from somewhere you least expected to find it?

Once found a Stoke-on-Trent City Council wheelie bin on a beach in Corfu. Does that count?

I've got a John Gidman mullet wig from the late 80's.
I haven't actually. That's completely untrue.

I've got one of those Russian doll things that I picked up in Prague a few years back for the same reason. I think Eustace is the outside one but I can't remember the rest.

The one my grandson has is from a few years back as the names prove - Broomes, Hoefkens, Simonsen, Bangoura, Brammer - names forever etched on the memories of Stokies everywhere

Anyone remember a car sticker from the 60s "Stoke City the thinking man's team".
I had it on the dashboard of my Austin 1100.

Not quite memorabilia , but something far more substantial .....a 30 foot canal barge named " Delilah" parked up at Preston Brook on the trent and misery canal just south of the M56 with Stoke on Trent painted on the side and the remnants of a very small barbecue left on the tow path which I checked for grateful offerings ....No joy ...
This morning no less.....

Years ago we were asked to forward any items from the past anything to do with stoke .Well I sent thing which had been given to me by my uncle from stoke directors signed pics of older players from the 3o/40 strip top from early 60`s . To be put on display in the Delilah bar .Was told they would be returned to me at a later date which they never did .So I have lost them all bit sad I know on my part but bad on stokes part
