Great performance from the (Roger East) ref today. Got a few things wrong (Song should have had an early yellow) and may have been let down by his linesmen, but I thought he was pretty fair overall.

Yes that was as fair a performance as I've seen from a referee for quite some time. He didn't get everything right and the linesman was wrong with the 2nd offside against Arnie because although Arnie was ahead of the last defender he wasn't ahead of the ball but the Ref was entirely reliant on his assistant for that call. I would say on that performance Roger East is probably the only current Premier League ref who won't cause me to swear the next time I see he's been appointed to ref one of our games.

Referee was very good today. Not normally a big fan of his but impressed by that performance.
Last gasp goals in the last two games he's reffed - the other being Villa away.

Can´t be happy with the referee (it was a clear penalty) and with the linesman (it was not clear offside at Arni´s second goal)

I've watched the entire game and thought he was excellent. I thought Arnies second goal was onside but that's the liners call. Where was the clear penalty (hand ball ?) must have closed me eyes for that

And a lack of yellow card for a string of West Ham fouls....

Song committed two blatantly bookable offences with deliberate fouls. He also blatantly hand balled it in the box. All went unpunished.

Good refereeing performances have been rare this season. Thought East was the best we have seen. Thought the ref vs palarse was good until the shocking penalty decision. Then he had a shit storm. Was our offside goal offside? Was it 2? This afternoon has been a blur!

3 cards for the opposition and only 1 for us has to be a sign of a good refereeing performance. We even conceded less fouls. Obviously the Hammers fans will be calling for his blood, especially with 5 minutes of injury time and no doubt they'll claim it was past that when we scored. Ah what a shame. Welcome to our world.

Yes good performance from the ref today. Need to see the "offside decisions" on MOTD although these were down to the linesman Just watching Game of the day WBA V Leceister Ball goes over the goal line - officials are not sure if it is a corner or a goal kick Trevor Francis comment "If in doubt give the decision in favour of the home team!!!"

The stream I was watching ive got be honest and say if that was against us and given I'd have been going mental.
