What a great documentary.....well done Sky
A bloke who faced life's demons and came through them
Shame on the unamed Chelsea player, shame on his team mates, shame on CFC's board of directors, shame on the FA and shame all those who did not publicly support a change in society

It was an interesting insight into the lives of players in the early 80's (i still find it remarkable it was so recent). Sadly the timing of the programme, given the incident in Paris, probably overshadows the hard work done by a lot of people to change the perception of Chelsea FC.
It's not hard to find out who the "unnamed" player is by the way. For those of us at a certain age, you won't like him anyway have a certain incident at the old Boothen Paddock. It's seem even more a shame that the fans weren't allowed on the pitch to "air their views" to the player in question.

I didn't see the documentary - what did the unnamed player do? Repeated racial abuse Cheers mate. So his team-mate basically racially abused him directly? Did it hint at which player it was or is it an educated guess from Vestan Pance, based on the Darlington incident?
