Bloody dreadful for West Brom all night
Spilling simple balls, dropping catches, then in the 93rd minute makes a rayt balls up, spills it again then goes through the Villa lad to give away a last kick penno
He had made a fuck up of a long range shot just before that as well!
Shocker! Still get an Eng call up though....
Shame as Villa were fucked!

Pulis knows his keepers in fairness to him. I'd expect WBA to after a new keeper this summer

Surely has to be dropped after that?
Looked shaky all night and then concedes that aberration.

He's always been a calamitous goalie. Championship at best.

He wasn't a bad young keeper but has proper lost it. Never good enough for premier league imo.

He must play very well in the games I don't see him.
Because every time I see him he's an impetuous fool.
Not really sure what Fergie saw in him to pluck him from obscurity. If he hadn't got that seal of approval,I'm not entirely sure he wouldn't have played out his days in the lower leagues. With goalies it seems to be all about getting that big break

He had a shocker when we played them last season. Throwing the ball out for a corner is not even league 2 standard.

Before tonight he'd kept four cleansheets in-a-row.
(Just sticking up for him 'cos he's my Fantasy Football 'keeper!)

With goalies it seems to be all about getting that big break Ben Foster got very lucky. I reckon that if Neil Cutler, say, had been the guy having a good game that day Fergie was in the stands watching his son's team, Cutler would have ended up with a few England caps and a career as a dodgy top flight keeper.

I think the clean sheets are more down to the defence because foster has done this for a few years now. However that's why he gets an England call for being consistently shit.

Didn't Pulis sell him at Stoke No, TP left Stoke (for the first time) a few weeks before we sold Foster to man Utd. He might, of course, have been aware of Fergie's interest before he (TP) was sacked.

Hes a very over-rated goalkeeper, decent shot stopper but poor concetration levels and prone to bad choice errors.

Michael Owen was certainly not impressed by him last night. Much as Villa probably deserved to win, it was down to Foster that they actually did and I guess TP will not be best pleased that his attempt to stifle a point was thwarted by one of his own.
