...at least not in the US. NBC has 5 sports channels and there are 7 games on Wednesday. So guess who got the boot (no pun intended)! I am very, very pissed off.

Suppose it's understandable when you see how the fixtures have fallen - with both Manchester clubs, both north London clubs, Liverpool and Chelsea all playing less glamorous clubs tomorrow.

The pub in Abu Dhabi where I planned to watch it only has three TVs. It looks like I will be staying in my hotel room trying to stream the match instead. |

Even if it's not on TV, it should be streamed on the NBCSports Live Extra app. That's how I'm planning on watching it (at work, don't tell the boss).

Does that mean everton aren't a global brand either? The other games all have "something" to play for that neutrals find interesting. Ours isn't a battle for top 6/relegation and so neutrals generally won't give two hoots.

Just checked my local listings and the game is being shown live. NBC committed to showing all the games so perhaps its something to do with your local cable provider. If so you'll be able to stream it from the NBC site after logging in with your cable network credentials. Minimal hoops to jump through. We're very fortunate in the US as we get access to far more live games (as in all of them) than our compatriots in the UK.

Ah - I see from your other post that you have DirecTV. Go find a pub that has local cable and enjoy as pint while you watch the game. I plan on doing that with my neighbor who's an Everton fan - but now I know to to check that they bar isn't on DirecTV - so thanks for giving me advance warning

We aren't even an English brand on BBC R5 sport.
They seem to cover every Manure home game. Jimmy Armfield must have his own suite there.

NBC Gamefinder shows Stoke vs. Everton is on DirecTv CH495. But DirecTv guide shows Spuds vs. Swansea. Also there are 6 other games being televised. So you might want to check with the pub before you set out. |
