that
Oddie would be out all season, who was key to our excellent form 2nd half last season
We would have a Messi imposter who would struggle, only to finally break in to the team and show he is the real deal, to then lose such a talent for half a season
To lose our captain and mainstay for 14 ish games
Lose our key winger for 8 weeks
Lose our left back for weeks
Take a gamble on a centre half who had lost his way and throw him in to his first game away at Arsenal and lose the other German centre half all season
Have key injuries to everyone else at some point or other except Begovic and N'zonzi
And then add in home losses to Villa, Burnley and Leicester
Tis pretty damn amazing what has been achieved
Well done one and all no matter where we end up now
Safe given that lot by the end of Feb is simply awesome

What we have done this season is quite astonishing. We have been ravaged with injuries yet we're heading towards our best ever prem points tally!

We have a very good manager. That's all that needs to be said really.

Tbh a lot of people were very hopeful at the start of the season and quite rightly so on the back of a great season. Confidence was high then and we've found that confidence once again!
