I can't understand the logic behind it. It'll be a walkover, almost every home game that Chelsea play is a walkover. Is that good television?
The title race this year won't be close and, like most years, it's not even remotely interesting anyway. Football's only interesting when you have a favourite, who cares who wins the title out of two nouveau riche teams of unpleasant cheats? I'm more interested in the relegation battle and the top of the Championship.

I'm more interested in the relegation battle and the top of the Championship. The TV companies aren't interested in the genuine match-going football fan, only the armchair gloryhunter. That's why they send a London club to one in the North West on a Monday night when they could have screened a midlands derby or one involving two clubs in the north west who're separated by forty miles.

Agreed Dave. Money rules, and stinks! Until somebody get's a grip, it will never end. As I've said before, I don't give a monkeys for all these top, or so called top clubs. The only time I'm interested is when they lose. Just read that Van pig face is preparing to blow another 150 mil. What is right or fair about that? Answer. Nothing!

Of all the games to put on TV, although it'll be pretty special if we do a job on them and mess up their title plans.

The closest we have come to winning this fixture in the Prem was in our first season after promotion when we were leading through a Delap goal until about 3 minutes to go - and lost 2-1. About time we got revenge for that.

Easter Saturday Possible train maintenance work on Euston line Nothing 'possible' about it, it's definite, on travel sites recommended route is Stoke to Derby, Derby to St Pancras, then tube. For me it's a detour through Bristol Looks like I need a search of hotels either in that area or somewhere on the journey home, no chance of getting back home on Saturday night. At least it was announced before tickets come on sale and before I'd booked earlier trains

Looks like it will be a dismal away attendance once again. We took 900 odd if I recall in similar circumstances last season. At the money Chelsea charge not dismal at all, our healthy London based contingency will keep the away following respectable....

It's on time at the moment But that route is so slow, smaller trains so gets packed, plus need a number of changes, link at Smethwick to Moor Street doesn't operate on weekend or Bank Holidays, so likely get distracted by the pubs on the walk from New Street to Moor Street.
