I'd imagine we will take about 2,000 which considering the price and the fact that Villa park is a shit hole, isn't too bad I suppose.
I'm planning on having a good drink on Saturday!

Is anyone going to sing "Happy Birthday" to Randy Lerner on Saturday? It's his 53rd birthday.
Stoke does have a tenuous link to him; he owns Cleveland Browns, and Stoke played as the Cleveland Stokers in the United Soccer Association in 1967.

On Februray the 11th we'd sold 1,876. So I'm guessing it'll be somewhere around the 2,200 number.
West Brom is soldout (Well, all but 100 tickets which'll be gone by tomorrow)

not anymore he sold them a couple of years ago Eh up, Staffs. What you think about Tim then? not sure mate, would not of been first choice for a lot of Villa fans ,but their choices of Klinnsman etc were so unrealistic its untrue, TS a bit of a loose cannon but after the mumbling one maybe its what we need, got to be given a chance but he needs some decent results quickly, no disrespect to you lot but the results v the boggies will impact fans opinion of him much more than sat's game

Didn't do a bad job at Spurs but seems a bit of a pleb. That said if he keeps you up, none of you will care!

To be fair, Staffs the away section is just that! It's probably the worst in the division. Right down there with Everton.

Have we sold the allocation for villa? I think the lads are really going to need our support at the weekend. So, If we've got tickets left and you're unsure as to whether to go................Get 'em bought and batten down the hatches! Attachment Deleted

Right down there with Everton. agree on the facility's down the narrow back, but the view is nowhere near the worst in the div, when the Holte was being rebuilt a few of us relocated there until boxing day when the Upper Holte was opened and we found the view good, well it was when we won a peno shoot out v inter

The concourse is a joke considering how much they charge. It's about time facilities were graded and priced accordingly.

I like Villa Park and as another midland club don't have any ill feeling towards the Villa either. I'd much rather see Leicester and WBA and certain other non Midlands clubs get relegated before them. Not holding much hope for the weekend but wish I was going all the same. Considering our injuries and the price of the tickets, we've sold well if those numbers are to be believed, hope you're not leaving disappointed!

There are fewer and fewer "old style" grounds around anymore, which is sad, but in the case of Villa Park I would be an advocate for a new stadium...it's just old and tired now, and as said earlier, on a par with Goodison. To be honest, Anfield isn't much better either. White Hart Lane is probably one of the best 'old' grounds and that won't be around much longer now.
This is all speaking as an "away" fan, so the home fans may see it very differently
