Zamora's right to be fair. Walters' Hat Trick was nowhere near as good as the last one Zamora scored in the Premier League. Oh, hold on... What Barton said was something and nothing. He's said we were crap away from home under Hughes, and we're crap away from home now. No-one knows better than us, that there's an 'art' to picking up away points in the Premier League. They just haven't mastered it yet. Lets hope they don't get the chance to master It next season.

So QPR didn't win away from home in the championship? What a moron!!
So as we've never won the FA Cup, it's the fault of the team back in the 1800's?

Too many frothing at the mouth here over a comment about how it always seems to be at QPR ...He was stating and not blaming anyone Zamora on the other hand....

He actually has blamed Hughes for everything before this though, which is mainly why I said I hope they go down etc.....

Can't wait to read the headlines " Joey Barton reaches rock bottom" I really want him to end his career then blow all his dough on booze and drugs and be made bankrupt. Most football fans really pity Gazza and his unfortunate plight, but if was the wanker barton I for one, and I'm sure a lot others, would roar with laughter. Gazza doesn't deserve any sympathy either in all fairness. If I lost everything and drank myself into oblivion I wouldn't expect Stoke or any other team to save me. Never mind eyy he played some football...

To be fair to Barton it wasn't the biggest damnation of Hughes and what he said overall was pretty much true Except that QPR had big problems even before Hughes, yet he singles out Hughes again for blame. You could argue that QPR's poor form, during Hughes' reign, was due to Warnock, but Barton only goes back as far as Hughes. No mention of the rot starting with Warnock and Redknapp's inability to correct it for 2 seasons; just the 2, half seasons, Hughes managed the Poops.

And I guess when QPR get relegated, it will be because of what arry inherited, so all down to Hughes again

It's the fact that he, once again, singled out Hughes and not Warnock or Redknapp. QPR were shite before Hughes became their manager. He kept them up, the previous season after Warnock's home and away record were taking them down, but Barton implies it all started with Hughes, when it didn't.

I like Zamora! I'd still have him here as back up
Obviously
Don't see that as Barton blaming Hughes at all, he's just saying nothing has changed and the players need to put it right. Zamoras comment about Walters is pathetic.
He's saying it started with Hughes, when it really started with Warnock. He doesn't like Hughes, because Hughes sidelined him and after that head butt on the last day of the season against Man City, that nearly got them relegated. Hughes had had enough of him and put him out on loan.

The most notable comment in that article is Redknapp's "sign a goalscorer or we're down" assessment - what a message to send out to his squad!

I think QPRs form this season shows that it was not all Sparkys doing down there. Hope they and their manager tax crook Arry go down to the championship, never to return.

Barton's right. Hughes was crap at QPR. He made big mistakes, learned from them, and we're reaping the benefit. Now Mr Charisma Barton will be playing against Rotherham next season. Ho ho ho and hee hee hee.

I can imagine Walters gets under a few players' skin, he's an expert at sly winding up on the pitch. Zamora is the latest one to bite.
Zamora had made himself look like a bitter loser with his comments though. It's not like he's a Berbatov or Bergkamp FFS, he's made a career out of chesting long balls to other players.
If Barton wasn't trying to have a dig at Hughes then it's odd he didn't name Warnock. If he was having a dig at Hughes then it seems a bit weak of character.
Neither come out of this looking good!

'Arry has literally lost it. He's resorted to making shit up like 'we battered them' (ha) in order to influence the fans and players in any way to hide the fact that they're shit, and he's lost everything.

Did Hughes manage Barton at Man City? He's probably got it in for him. Barton got a 12 match ban for trying to head butt Vincent Kompany and kneeing Sergio Aguero. As a result, Hughes removed him as captain, took away his shirt number and sent him on pre-season training at Fleetwood town, before shipping him off to Marseille on loan, to get rid. Barton thinks he is QPR and for Hughes to do all that to him; you bet your arse, Barton has it in for him.

It's not like people to completely twist other people's words. Not on here of all places, surely?? Barton was being a bit mischievous though because there wasn't any need to mention MH really. He could have just said that their away record has been poor for a good few years now...or words to that effect. P.S. Hope my spelling is okay because the Spelling Police are after me, no names mentioned

P.S. Hope my spelling is okay because the Spelling Police are after me, no names mentioned Grammar police here. After 'me', should have been either a period or semi-colon. Clearly using a period would require the 'no' to be 'No', but I'm assuming your rudimentary skills are, at least, to this level?
