Behind Ross Barkley? Really? All the Evertonians I know say he's been average at best this season. I think if he stays fit 2nd half of the season you'll see him fly up that list to be honest, I can see him getting 10 goals easily on current form....

Cazorla has been shite all season. Two or three half decent performances, and the Daily Mail, otherwise known as the Arse Fanzine has him as the 2nd best playmaker in the league lol... I'm surprised Jack Wilshere isn't number 1.

Bojan has really only found his form from that West Ham game onwards, and has missed 2 games in that time - I think come the end of this season he would be certainly higher based on stats.

When I saw the thread title I thought it was a new training regime, didn't fancy 'the rest's' chances at all :D

I was quite content reading that until I saw Stewart Downing in 4th.
What utter fucknuggetry.

Statistically stats should be based on goal rate, assists/match etc. not just totals.
If you want to make another measure minutes/games played to rate a players fitness/stamina etc. fair enough.

Unless he is injured again or we totally go off the boil, he will end the season with a good few more than that.

I'm surprised Jack Wilshere isn't number 1. A pretty ignorant comment. Long before an excellent City performance where he was head, shoulders and waist above anyone on the pitch, he was seen by every single Arsenal fan you'll meet (with not even a single exception) as our 2nd best player this season after Alexis. And unlike Alexis who has mixed amazing games with some shitty ones, Cazorla has been very consistent. He's particularly been our best player in the big games by far. Just a few days ago in the Alexis/Aguero thread, you basically just made up a load of wildly inaccurate stuff and fantasy stats to denigrate Alexis - including the gem that he looks decent because Arsenal are apparently so crap. Clearly because you can't bring yourself to admit Arsenal could have a good player. You'd best get that huge anti-Arsenal chip off your shoulder.
