What never gets mentioned is the ref didn't even deem it a free kick until Sol Campbell led a 10 man tantrum (not an exaggeration... A literal tantrum).
We probably should have stood up as a fan group after the media claimed we booed Ramsey (when we were booing their entire team when they were passing the ball) and demanded an apology for their lies. At the time, I think most of us though 'Fuck it, we might as well boo in him future if we're going to get accused of it anyway).'
Ah well, it gives us an easy Three points nearly every time we're at home against them, and while this season is probably too early and too injury stunted, I think the point where we become their bogey team away is getting ever closer as well.

If anything Stoke showed too much decency, it still pisses me off the club let arsenal drag shawcross and Stoke through the mud And me mate.I remember at the time Pulis said they would not appeal the sending off out of respect for Arsenal and Ramsey. In hindsight the club should have appealed the sending off,it was a yellow at most and when you take into account the pull back by Bentdner, that's even debatable.

If only SCFC, Tony Pulls or Ryan Shawcross had apologised and shown some decency or shown any remorse this whole episode of bad blood could of been averted!!!!!
Seriously.....have I just read that ?
It was SCFC who went out of their way both staff and players to aid Ramsey and indeed Arsenal fc thanked SCFC for their medical help
Ryan Shawcross tried on numerus occasions to contact Ramsey ( having left the pitch in tears ) and Tony Pulis mentioned how upset the club were as a whole again on numerus occasions
The bloke who wrote that article is either ill informed or a complete and utter twat
I'll go for both

Don't bother reading it, it's just click bait so some fucking raging bell-end can tell his fairy mates that people read his wank blog and he gets under the Stoke fans skins.
Don't give the shit stain the satisfaction.

Come of folks - let's not be precious.
It's a spectacularly dumb piece - but read the comments and you'll plenty of Arsenal folk disagree with what is written and plenty of respect for both Stoke and Shawcross. For example
Good Arsenal fans - I know, it's a shocker. But they are out there (somewhere!)

Now I'm sure Shawcross didn't mean it and I've forgiven him. btw Ramsey has also moved on from it he has said so also he thanked Whealan for his help.

Ryan texted Ramsey and he never acknowledged his attempt. TP made the comments after that weird prick's ridiculous statements about a tackle that resulted in an accidental injury. The sort of thing that can happen on any football pitch. Keep peddling your bollocks because that's what it is. Now shut the door on your way out.

I despise that club and their horrible fans, shows the intelligence of the average arsenal fan that they have to resort to the old northern inbred gag.
The reason the bad blood will never go away between the two clubs is, the fact that the media every time we play arsenal they drum the ramsey/shawcross story up. any match preview will always talk about "that tackle".

No, what never gets mentioned is that had it not been for Bendtner's petulant, double-swipe pro-foul on Shawcross then Ryan would've almost certainly won the ball.

It's a bit rich considering just a couple of months before the Shawcross Ramsey prang, Arsenal effectively cheated their way into promotion to the top flight.
I may have the dates slightly out on one or other event but both incidents were so long ago that it's all blurred into ancient history.

I found it amusing at how one of their numpties was scoring points against a Stokie by taking the piss out of his spelling, and in the process committing at least five spelling mistakes himself. You couldn't make it up.
