If he needs a rest then let Charlie loose on Man Utd like last season We'll rally if charlie has the bit between his teeth

He certainly looked upset when he went off. Fingers crossed it's not on the same scale as the Moses injury, losing Bojan for any length of time could be disastrous. How is it going to be disastrous? We're on 25 points, another 3 wins will see us safe from disaster. Maybe because we hope for more than not getting relegated! Sent from my GT-I8190N using proboards

Just wondered whether there's been any update on Bojan's injury following his scan/medical exam yesterday? He's obviously taken a fair few knocks recently, and whilst I wouldn't want to see him rested on Thursday, he may well not fully recover in time. Bojan's twitter post

Mark Hughes: Bojan is going for a scan this afternoon to clarify what exactly is going on so he's a major doubt for the Man Utd game #scfc

We took all 3 points last season without him!
Big blow if he isn't fit enough to play, but more important that he regains full fitness

Definitely hamstring then I doubt we will see him before Arsenal at the earliest. So without Bojan, Moses and Odemwingie it looks like Manchester United will be a job for the battle hardened pros since we will be something of a flair-free zone. Couldn't help noticing that Sentinel article also said Hughes confirmed no major expenditure in January.

We need Bojan for 20 more games, not just 1. Get him fit for the Arsenal game, if possible. Charlie may rough up Man Ure in an "up and at 'em" way that could just pay dividends, like last season.

Charlie was magnificent against Man Yoo last season at the Brit. Same again please Charles. and he's going to have something to prove about wanting more game time. hopefully he doesn't try too many shots from the halfway line.

Slightly worried about Charlie's match fitness. It normally takes a few games for him to find his best form.

How about Arnie in the number 10 role? Then we could play Assaidi wide left, Walters wide right and Diouf through the middle. That would be a bit more creative, although Adam probably has first dibs on the spot. Maybe this could be tried once Charlie tires around the hour mark.

In a way, the WBA game was more important than this one. Still think we can turn these over though.

Not sure why and its not a criticism before anyone does their bits but
MH always seems to under call Injuries same with Moses and odemwinge at the time . It was pretty obvious Bojan was distressed at the time , it was a mistake not to bring him off 5 minutes earlier when he was limping but that's the benefit of hindsight . Personally now I think Leicester very very lucky or qpr are probably the most likely for his return

Someone will step up on Thursday. I'm certain of it. The crowd should be rocking and we usually get a good performance when that's the case.

Charlie was magnificent against Man Yoo last season at the Brit. Same again please Charles. This game is made for Charlie to come in and do his stuff. He's either going to play a blinder, scoring the winner in the process or he'll get sent off. Or both.

Well, that has depressed me massively. It just shows the impact Bojan has had. I reckon his presence will increase attendances (just like Mathews).

Seems out for next game according to latest update.... Annoying as I just put a quid on us to win. You have my sympathies. But I remember the days when a quid really was a quid! You could have a right old session in the pub; get your chips on the way to the ground (about 200 yards away); get a pint in the ground (and two more at half time); a burger and a few more pints after the match - and still have change out of half a crown. Happy days, but I must confess that I missed about 60% of all goals wading through the floods of piss in the "toilets". Well they called em "toilets" - everyone just pissed everywhere anywhere.

Extremely disappointed to hear about the severity of Bo's injury, but I'd rather we didn't rush him back with a muscle injury. We did that with Moses and look what happened. Short term loss for long term gain.
