'Castle and Tone really wouldn't mix would they?
Their fans have massive expectations, could he live up to that?

Would be one in the eye for me and many others if he takes/gets the Newcastle job. Fair play.

Newcastle if Pardew leavesHull West Brom Palace I think he'd be attracted to that one. Could he fly from Bournemouth to Newcastle every day? He's favouriteCollymore has deleted that tweet now - has tweeted this, and subsequently deleted it as well? Odd! @stancollymore All I'll say is that something is afoot in the Toon. Really afoot.” The Baggies forum is just laughable with the majority of their fans now backing Pulis for manager (rofl)As for Newcastle he'd be in for that but the travel would surely be the stumbling block like you say.

I'm not sure Pulis fits in with the modern Prem club any more. He's an egoist and old fashioned when today's clubs require a coach and not a manager. There's no arguing that he gave us a tremendous base to work on, but would anyone seriously give him free reign to the purse strings given his record at Stoke?
OS.

Newcastle would be fantastic spectator sport . They would fly him up once twice a week from Bournemouth as pardew does now and it's just their chairmans type of appointment .
Would be truly memorable bar code tv to see the reaction

Wales job is surely the one he wants most.
I have no doubt he will take Colemans job, and would have done already if Coleman had gone to Palace instead of him.
He wont join any club on a long contract for this reason I reckon.

Newcastle would be interesting. Obviously he wouldn't turn it down - who would? - but Allardyce lasted approximately 30 seconds before being kicked out for not winning the league and playing like the 1970s Brazil team. They have some bizarre theory about the sea winds making direct football impossible.

There's literally no chance of him going to West Brom. Interesting you say that - any reason? Or is it simply the 'coach' set up they have going on there?

Pulis has left two clubs now largely as result of issues over control of transfers, which he wouldn't have control of at West Brom. Nor would he be able to bring Kempy and the rest of his hangers on, like Pepe Mel wasn't. It's a poisoned chalice, and the bloke isn't daft (for the most part).

He can afford to sit tight and do a bit of punditry until the right job comes along as well.

I would absolutely piss myself if TP turned up at WBA.
Would love to see those seriously deluded Samba boys along with their local radio journo's defend their style of play then.
Saved by the anti-christ. I thought they'd rather go down than have to watch a Pulis side every week.
Go on TP. Boing your way to the baggies just for a laugh.
