Only wav watched it on the box but it came across as a fantastic atmosphere.
Did it feel like it to those in the ground?
Also, thought Stoke matched Chelsea for the vast majority of the game but those b%$%£rds always seem to have that bit extra.

Think you are being a bit over kind to us. We did start to get into it in the second half but we're finished off by the second goal. Atmosphere was Ok, but obviously influenced by the opening goal, which again quietened the crowd for a while.

It always felt like the atmosphere was tinkering on being very good last night but not quite there. The goal in the 1st minute knocked the stuffing out of the fans for a bit to be fair! As for Chelsea. One of the more professional performances I've seen them put in down the Brit since the 1st season we came up. Thought they always had control of the game. The goal that Fibreglass scored scored was a fluke!

It's just a shame that we seem to have such a ridiculously weak repertoire. Oh when the reds, a quiet Delilah, Ryan shawcross, Bojan were just about the only songs I heard.
Otherwise it was the repetitive Goarn Stoke and Wanker chants.

I think after Hazard was "tackled" by Bardsley it got going, trouble was they're so good at killing the game, we had 5 minutes of pressure with the crowd backing to the hilt and then they kept the ball for 5 mins and killed it dead. I thought it was good last night to be honest mate, a lot on here use the 2008/09 (first prem season) as a barometer where it was absolutely superb, but has sadly never been matched really.

From block 33 it was very poor on our part. Heard very little all game.
Chelsea sang some crap songs, not very loudly.
4/10

I thought last nights atmosphere was the worst it's even been for a "top 4" side bar the 5 minutes after Bardsley "challenge"
Didn't help that we hardly created a single chance and Chelsea were horrifically boring to watch

Yep, I never mentioned that they couldn't have won 3/4-0. I said they were boring to watch. 8/9 men behind the ball for the majority of the match. No intent to attack for large portions of the game.

Did you think we were more entertaining? or in fact do you we are more entertaining on a regular basis? Thought we were very poor last night with very little attacking quality. I do think we can be very entertaing at times with Odemwinge, Moses and Diouf (PACE) on the pitch. I must add our squad didn't cost hundreds of millions to assemble like Chelsea's did.

We're a little bit precious as regards atmosphere, last two home games have been more than decent. We'll never recapture that first season in the top league but considering we've lost half our home games this season the atmosphere's been pretty decent to be honest.

There was a very loud ten minute spell when Chelsea acted like arseholes, then they went back to their kill the crowd tactics.
