I liked Fuller a lot - and I'd love to have him (at his best) leading the line for us now - but he didn't come close to Hudson in terms of consistent skill and influence on games. I suspect Bojan could go on to be better than both of them by a distance. I agree with what you say about huddy, my all time favourite is jimmy greenhoff, but bojans only had 3 good games for us, you could put fullers goals upalong messi, s obviously nowhere near the amount but the quality was the best youll get at stoke.its great at the moment watching bojan pull the strings but he s a million miles away from the legends above. I know he was a good striker but come on.....

I'd say the odds are 50/50, at least, that he will prove to be better. He was arguably the best player of his age in world football in his mid to late teens, then he lost his way and neither Barca, two Italian Serie A clubs, nor Ajax were able to rekindle the spark. For whatever reason (luck, timing, maturity, or just one of those things that sometimes happen) he seems to have got his mojo back at Stoke City under Mark Hughes. We'll know very soon whether we have a budding Galactico on our hands or whether this is just a brief supernova moment which will soon fade

This won't fade now. He is our budding Galatico.
I thought it would take a few months, like it did with Arnie, for Hughes to get him going.
Seems like everything in his personal life is fine, he's happy and quite settled, plenty of confidence for the first time in years. He is still only 23, so anything is possible for him now. I think his early troubles will have made him stronger and more able to cope with pressure in the future.

I have everything crossed that the wonder-waif stays free of injury, because that could scupper everything, he is going to take a few whacks in the coming weeks and months as his reputation rises.
