Wtf do we have to do?? Ok we were outplayed for periods tonight but we really put in a shift, the motivation and focus were strong, we were fluent and creative in possession when we got it and that was desperate luck to come away with nothing.
After the Burnley game I was worried and angry - now I feel like we're building, ok not winning yet but I'm more hopeful and think Sparky is doing 90% of the right things. But we do need no more injuries and a bagful of points badly.
8 from me for tonight

-5. Pulis would have conjured up a win. Last season, when he had the luck running at Palace, he probably would actually. We're due to go a streak soon, if we were on one we could have fluked a win tonight. Funny old game...

6 would have been 7 only for late subs. I look at how far we have come to come away from OT disappointed.

8. Can't complain with most of it. Set up well. Pretty good side considering the injuries. Loses 2 for neglecting set piece training for another week.

3. Left it too late to make the changes when Assaidi and Ireland were so fucking wank it was embarrassing at times, Sat back sat back and then sat back a bit deeper when we needed to press up field, let Manure have all the possession and just for good measure we sat back a bit more. when we did get the ball we slowed down to a snails pace or passed it to Manure. Only put an attack together on 92 minutes, we looked wank and Hughes either didn't know how or was just fucking too stubborn to change things. Gouranga.

I hope financial ruin doesn't beckon for Mr.Coates, too!

3. i didn't understand the starting 11. Subs too late. Yet again it looks as if set pieces are ignored in the week. On the whole another shit performance against a side that didn't break sweat

4*
Poor team selection. Ireland rubbish. Diouf disco dancing late subs when we needed earlier changes Just dreadful. Even the last minute chances couldn't mask another inept effort.
Hughes you need to fix this and quick.

2 bad team selection, too late with his subs.Sits on his arse for 90min gives the team no guidance during the match. Sits there if he couldn't give a fuck.

3 defence disjointed No shape to midfield Boyan has fantastic skill but how he is trying to fit him in leaves us short His protege Mr Diouf works hard but has the finishing skills if a 10 yr old Time to try someone else Any proven managers who know how to organise available?

Been a huge supporter of Hughes but this was wank... Needs a bit of an awakening like Arnie. Late Subs and Ireland on the wing says it all for me. 5.

Gets a 10 from me because I never thought Arnie was the right man to bring on when trailing 2.1 as I thought and posted that at 1.1 he was that man.
Proved me wrong, well done Arnie well done Hughes for throwing him on 'even though I thought it was better to have brought him on at 1.1' for putting your fat one up me.

Points off for the subs at 75 mins and 85 mins...should have got both on at 60-65 and try to battle your way back into it.
He needs to bang a few heads together in training on DEFENSE and how to attack the ball and follow the attacker
Have we gone too soft at set pieces due to the highlighted jostling in the penalty area ?

6 Injury problems caused a difficult team choice but Assaidi and Ireland were awful, substitutions were late;not addressed our problems with set pieces both defending and attacking. We need better strength in depth, get rid of some of the fringe squad players and create a squad that can be rotated if needs be.
