Deja vu.
Is it just Stoke fans with a complete lack of bottle?

Here we go. Wrist slashers are us......
You need to have more faith in a quality management team and a squad that will be stronger in the 2nd half of the season.

Man Utd v Stoke Stoke v Arsenal Crystal Palace v Stoke Stoke v Chelsea Everton v Stoke Stoke v West Brom Given how terrible we are at home I really can't see many points from this set of fixtures 10 points. That would leave us with 25 points going in to the new year and our highest first half points haul thus far.

Deja vu. Is it just Stoke fans with a complete lack of bottle? We lost our bottle circa 2011 I think I'm pretty sure we will make 20 points by Christmas. I can guarantee we will do by February and anyone saying otherwise is a deluded megacunt

Man Utd v Stoke Stoke v Arsenal Crystal Palace v Stoke Stoke v Chelsea Everton v Stoke Stoke v West Brom Given how terrible we are at home I really can't see many points from this set of fixtures It's not home it's more against teams who put players behind the ball that we struggle against. Arsenal or Chelsea won't do that. At the moment injuries are killing us.

I agree we're sloppy at the back but we were playing away against Liverpool without our best player and two forced substitutions by half time. A 1-0 defeat isn't the end of the world and if it was us that scored a late winner, everyone would be a lot more positive. At least Bojan is still looking good...

Christ on a bike.
We better hope the players have more balls than a number on here or we really are screwed.
Pathetic.

More waking up to the facts I see , we haven't looked like getting 20 since september , the spiral has started but it's amazing how people join in now .
I suspect hughes will be under very very real pressure after a 5th consecutive defeat against chelsea and have the wet brom game to save the day mock all you like but I gave you the 20 points by new year back in September and it's very real now , the killed are the home defeats and you jsit can't make the points up onnthe road consistently . arsenal offers him the bEst chance but it's a ok g week and morale is slipping defeat by defeat with another to come
I hasten to add I don't want him gone. But the boom and bust investment and unbalanced squad is being systematically exposed week by week as for the second half boys we are in a battle and no money to come and no pace left in tin and away games at our fellow strugglers I will give me prediction for the second half of the season at 3.00 pm on Jan 1st Hughes can help himself though by changing shape and players to reflect a survival battle

Note to knicker wetters. Until we have to stop chopping and changing just keep the faith, smile, pull your thongs up nice and high and get on with it. All will come good.

We are so fecking sloppy at the back. That's the key! Arnautovic following in Moses footsteps not doing his defensive work. Can Hughes explain that a smaller club like Stoke needs all round 100% effort in all aspects of the game to survive?

I really have a bad feeling about this season mainly due to the bad luck and injuries we are having/getting.Its one of those seasons you see now and again when things just don't go for you no matter how much you try and how well you play.Hughes for me needs to sit down and workout what we need in Jan and quickly because for me we have all the hallmarks of an unlucky side that gets dragged into the relegation mire which would be disastrous for our club

Our defence keeps its shape better in away games. If the full-backs stop going walkabouts at home we might start picking up more points.

Defensively we are a joke with no togetherness at all. It will be our downfall if not seriously addressed in January.

It will be quite interesting to see at what point all this bravado disintigrates - plenty looking down their noses at people raising justifiable concerns but we are making the same errors week after week and are picking up injury after injury. It isn't good and it isn't showing signs of improving I'm afraid.

No it won't be because we were on 28 points after beating Pheglm Garglers on Boxing Day two years ago and went into new year with 29 points after draw at home to Southampton. Second half of the season saw us crumble to some humiliating results to crawl over the line on 42 points. Also the season before that we were on 26 points going into new year after 2-2 draw with Wigwam.
