He wasn't happy as he was interviewed 20 minutes after losing a game we should have won. Everything else is in your head........ That interview suggests to myself that it wasn't just about losing a solitary match.

I've heard interviews where yes they've been pissed of at losing a match but rarely have I heard of interviews where you'd think it'd be better of kept in-house.

This was similar to LMH at QPR, built the forward line and attacking midfield and forgot about the defence. Hmmmm But I notice you haven't mentioned the Mark Hughes at Fulham, Blackburn, Man City or Wales Hmmm Ok then.... did well at Blackburn, wasn't popular at Citeh, inherited a good team at Fulham and then bailed out and I haven't a clue about His time at Wales as I am not interested in them or ancient history. My point is valid however much you try and ignore it or divert away from it. We had a good defence and now we are poor.

I couldn't really give a shite as to what he may have or may not have acheived away from Stoke City but one thing I do give a shite about is just how bad we have become at the back.

Silly errors yes, defensively bad I would disagree.....

What exactly did Ryan say,I MISSED THE INTERVIEW? Nothing you won't hear from the captain of a Premier League club after a bitterly disappointing home defeat.

Silly errors, defensively bad it's both the same to me who takes no pleasure when thinking of either. It's poor, full stop. Edit - As for numerous other chances where players have got into one on one positions thank goodness they've completely fluffed their lines by blowing golden opportunities or Bego has come to the rescue by stopping them at point blank.

Total bat shit. Cameron wasn't the weak link Saturday no matter how you paint it. Bollocks to you too. Didn't say Cameron was to blame on saturday. Read the post properly. And if you think Cameron is a safe bat you're fekin deluded. Cameron is a liability anywhere in the back 4!! As we saw on Saturday, you could say the same for all but Shawcross

tbh we have problems all over the pitch, defenders making error where we always seem to be punished by conceding goals, how ever look at the shots taken to actual shots on target its abysmal if this was upped 50% we might score more

The 4 were thrown together on saturday morning. No time to work on team work. I'm afraid one would have thought that all the defenders no matter who plays and who doesn't should still be practicing together just in case of incidents like what happened on Saturday.

That's a bit difficult if two of the five have been away on international duty and the other has spent the best part of a fortnight on the treatment table.

I don't find it in the slightest difficult because these are players that haven't just walked into the club but are players that have been here for the same ammount of time than that of the manager. So you see they've surely got time to practice together even before any international matches or even in between injuries.

Personally, I don't rate Bardsley. He was dog shit for Sunderland & a lot of my Mackem mates were glad to see the back of him.....now somehow he's ended up as our new RB. Cameron isn't the perfect RB but I sure as hell prefer him there than Bardsley. I do think Geoff has got real talent as a player & we are far more dynamic with him at fullback. Just needs work on his positioning
