Diouf himself will know he could have won us the game today but I'm seeing positives in him. What I'm not seeing is an improvement in the defence, we lapse concentration too much. Even the best sides such as Man City are lacking concentration at the moment but you just know they'll get back to form tomorrow whereas you know we won't get to that point so easily...

Begovic's anticipation to where the ball is going is garbage.....first goal he went scurrying across to his near post, and then the ball goes in the net from where he had just come from...been at fault for a few goals this season..we look like conceding every time we are attacked down the flanks...

Last 3 games 6 goals conceded not good enough.

Don't think it is just the defence, their second goall was from the marking on their midfielders around the edge of the box. Think is more defending than the defence.

Sorry but that's rubbish. the cross was from our left across the box he moved from near to far post as would any top class keeper a good finish to be fair.

Good finish yes.but Begovic totally committed himself to the far post leaving all the goal exposed.

Its what happens when you go from ultra defensive turgid arse gravy to try and attack more! You always lose some defensive traits, its the nature of the beast. That is why even the top teams concede! Our real problem is we are not converting our chances. Two sitters by Diouf and a criminal miss by Cameron lost us a good win at a canter!

Thought Diouf led the line really well.
Had he scored the additional couple of goals he should have then it would have been an excellent performance.
He's not the most composed finisher but he got into scoring positions so I'm hopeful he could score the goals we need.

We have the 5th best defence and 16th best attack in terms of goals. Let's hope we continue to make chances like today but take more of them

Both goals conceded today were once against very sloppy.
The first I have no idea where any of them were tbh, it was a right mess. Was Pieters at right back? I was too busy calling Foy a cunt.
The second, we had enough bodies to stop the shot. It really was poor.
