Sunderland are yet to win a league game this season with 5 draws and a defeat. I think we should be winning this one.
Begovic
Bardsley Shawcross Wilson Muniesa
Whelan N'Zonzi
Arnautovic Ireland Moses
Crouch
I'm assuming that Adam and Diouf are injured.

Try to build on Monday's result, we've been decent away all season too. Same team as Monday other than Arnie in for diouf, job done.

I'd go with this team too, given likely injuries as quoted Shame to lose Diouf but we still have pace there with Moses and Arnautovic, and that is proving deadly in our away games thus far May put Pieters back in for his better defensive qualities, though Muniesa has the confidence of his recent goal scoring visit there. Let's again keep a clean sheet at the back (unsoiled eh Joe and nick one or two on the break Job done !!

It'll be interesting to see Nzonzi v Rodwell again. I reckon he'll get some stick just hope he keeps his cool. I'd go with assaidi with diouf out for extra pace.

That's why I'm not confident! We haven't lost away yet either.
Has there been a penalty in any of our games yet?

The final match in the 3 game mini-series with the North-East.
It would be nice to come out of it unscathed.
If you offered me a draw now I'd bite your hand off.

If the choice is between guaranteed 1 point or a 50:50 chance of an away win (which is how I would rate our chances), we should back the latter shirley?

Very hard to call. Sunderland under a bit of pressure and need to attack at home which will let us play to our strengths.
But its a tough place to come away with points in all honesty.
I think the best thing is we can relax a bit now we got the win against Newcastle. That might help us play a bit more freely, but we shouldnt be concerned if we lose it.
Get Nello to give the team talk

Shame about Moses I'd go for it with Crouch - Bojan Assaidi - N'zonzi - Whelan - Arnautovic Muniesa - Wilson - Shawcross - Bardsley Begovic

If Moses is injured he shouldn't go to Nigeria for their games either... Without him: Crouch Assaidi Ireland Arnie Nzonzi Whelan Muni Willo Shawsy Bardsley Bego Subs: Sorro, Pieters, Huth, Adam (might not be fit to start), Sidders, Bojan, Walters Lack of striking options on the bench Starting eleven good enough to get a result.

No Diouf and Moses severely slows down our tempo.

2 weeks ago which would you rather:
A win at sunderland in the league cup or A Win at sunderland in the league?
For me the league cup win was more important, tomorrow's game is not a must win. If we had lost to Newcastle I would have definitely said a win in the league over cup!
