Begovic - 5 Looked like a flapper today, Didnt know whether to stay or go for crosses and free-kicks into the area. Also should know that Krancjar is right-footed and will always look to go over the wall. Does he do ANY homework on opposition players?
Bardsley - 4 Shocking first-half, was the main reason for the horrible passing back to the keeper we kept doing. Made some tackles in the second half but never looked that confident. Totally unlike his previous games for us Shawcross - 5 Very weak game by his standards. All over Caulker repeatedly at corners Wilson - 7 Did the most covering today which is unusual and made no silly mistakes Pieters - 6 Put a shift in trying to out-muscle the opposition and was lucky to stay on the pitch at times. Gave Moses good support when needed
Whelan MoM - 8 Must have put in more tackles and blocks than anyone. Immovable shield in front of the defence especially when Krancjar was trying to jink past him on a few occassions Nzonzi - 6 More freedom to get forward in the 4-3-3 formation. But this meant his defensive work pretty much disappeared. Did well on the ball as always but his shooting is not Premier League standard by a long long way Adam - 7 Saw a lot of the ball when sitting deep and trying to spring our counter-attacks, which sometimes worked with aplomb. Stayed on his feet which was nice to see and a shame he had to go off knackered
Moses Mon - 9 Our main outlet again. His great asset is that hes not a one-trick pony. Has a few tricks, goes inside then outside, high cross followed by low cross. Also sometimes just barges through with his strength. The near perfect wingers display and bagged 2 assists Crouch - 7 Focal point of attack and took his goal well. Being hyper-critical though I thought some of his play on the ground was poor and he was guilty of giving possession away a few too many times Diouf - 8 Looked good in that wide position. Played off Crouch well and tracked back brilliantly all game. Another goal should give him confidence

Begovic 3 - Should have done better with the free kick and could have done more about the first goal. Wank again today. Bardsley 5 - Poor today, didn't contribute much going forward and looked suspect defensively too. Shawcross 4 - A rare off day for the skipper. Wasn't his usual commanding self, didn't defend the corner at all and was more concerned in swapping shirts with Caulker. Wilson 7 - Solid and consistent for once, looked composed and did well covering. Pieters 5 - Gave away some silly free kicks, linked up with his winger only sporadically. Whelan 8 - Didn't give Krancjar a sniff from open play. Excellent shield for our suspect back-line. N Zonzi 6 - Looked to link up with our forward players, but his end product (his shooting) was dreadful. Adam 7 - Looked to be playing in a deep-lying playmaker role today, which suits him. His vision and execution helped start some of our best breaks. Moses 9 - Excellent today. Terrorised their right back and played two superb balls that lead to goals. Was at the heart of almost every counter-attack. MOTM. Diouf 8 - Scored a real poachers goal and his pace and runs from wide caused panic in their back line. Crouch 8 - Scored one, set one up, dragged their defenders out of position, thus creating space for Diouf and Moses to hurt them and was a vital focus point for our attacks. If not for the OG, He would have run Moses close for MOTM.
Sidwell 2 - Gave away some silly free-kicks, including the one that they scored from, looked lost out there and is clearly not the player we need or want to act as cover. By any chance, Can we sell him to Vale? Arnie 5 - Didn't see much of the ball as we were sitting behind it for most of the time he was on the pitch.

Begofix 2 ridiculous starting position on the free kick
Bardsley 5 Average.
Shawcross 3 A total liability today poor distribution and just asking for a penalty against him.
Wilson 7 good game today looked keen to impress
Peeters 5 Tried some nice things on the overlap but was a bit short of his best today
Whelan 8 solid game
NZonzi 7 lots of promise without the deserved ending
Adam 7 good game trying to fit in
Moses 9 MOM award from me
Diouf 8 Great work rate all match
Crouch 7 Best game for a long while from Peter
Sidwell 5 looked short of match fitness
Arni 4 Doesn't look happy at all

Completely opposite really I have to work tonight. Coming from sufolk, with only the one f, you probably don't need to work, I admire you. I was talking about your football perspective, not your life - please do not get personal I do not know you from Adam, but your banal response after every game is predictable. You appear not to get that emotion is involved and people are talking about the game, not the season and yet you come across as lording and casting your views despite not understanding how gutted we all felt walking away from the ground Yes you watched it in on the tv, but it will never replace the emotion of being there and the 'collective' (note the word) feeling. I merely reflect on the majority (not all) of fans who were there and share their feelings before, during and after the game I do not come from sufolk, or Suffolk - you don't even get that bit??

Moses, dont get me wrong is exciting and stuff, but generally takes a touch too far or makes a wrong decision - when we are flooding forward he seems to lose his cool
Good cross for Crouchy, but often made the wrong choice
Really good player though

.....of course. Very funny how many rate Arni here for 13 MINUTES ON THE PITCH!!!...Especially in the phase of the game, when our defensive decided, not to take 3 points away from London.....Shawcross had a big luck with his yellow card (it was red!!)....Sidwell with a very intelligent foul which lead to the goal. He did the only right thing when he was put in....he tried to keep the ball!!!...others acted hastidly, so we failed to be victorious. The talks about the (alleged) bad attitude of Arni are annoying.
