I dont know if anyone else has noticed that teams are FAR more reluctant to shoot - and more likely to try and walk the ball into the net these days?
Nzonzi had a good surge through the middle first half today and the end [roduct was a shot on goal.......I dont mind if it went wide at least hes having a pop at goal
Before the Stoke - Leicester game I sat snd watched the Arsenal - Man City game and altough it was 2-2 it drove me mad the amount of times BOTH sides played the ball wide instead of having a shot on goal.
Possession football...???? BOLLOCKS !
If something gets fans up off their seat its a 20 yarder attempt at goal, not this sideways to the flank, lay it back to th full back, then to the centre back , then to the other flank....
FOR FUCKS SAKE HAVE A SHOT !!!!!
Ive had too much guinees and Im rantin a bit but PLEASE PLEASE HUGHESY get them doing some SHOOTING practice this week.
PISSED UP RANT OVER

We only seem to score world class strikes once every blue moon. We definitely need a fucking good go at shooting practice. Props to Nzonzi in the first half for running the length of the pitch and having a crack though.

Can't believe the amount of times during the season the ball falls on the edge of the box from a clearance to whelan and co and we end up not just not hitting the target but nearly hitting the corner flag.
Don't they practice shooting from 18 yards?

We did shoot, but most were way to far out,and the other shots were way off target.

Hughes when he was playing, would be taking shots rather than "over passing " the ball when within range!
Leicester players put in some very good blocks- we gave them time to get into position.
Releasing the ball sooner, faster build up play gives the opposition less time to react.
Unlucky today
