I'm not going to thoughtlessly slate the new signings etc but I am going to critisise Mr. Hughes himself. Firstly, as has been mentioned many times it takes players time to adapt as we saw with Arnie. I think it was incredibly naive to start Diouf last week and again today. Firstly, he is clearly a confidence player and being thrown right in the deepend isn't helping him whatsoever as he is not yet upto the standard and physicality of the Prem and as we all saw today he is not yet good enough. He will come good but at the minute playing him isn't doing his confidence or the team any good at all. We have to remember the players that actually got us to a record breaking 9th last season. Hughes has shown them no respect as the likes of Crouch Walters and even Gcam are sat on the bench without really doing anything to be dropped. The new players should earn the right to start not just waltz in and take the place of players that fought for the club last season and seasons before that. The risk with that is firstly new players will take time to click into the team and also it could disrupt the team spirit which has served us so well. I hope Hughes sorts it out and proves me wrong but we will see. very good and objective assessment IMO
