Has Peter Crouch been one of our better performers for two sorry weeks on the trot? No, alright last week but he was poor today

Odemwingie's had about 2 touches in the last 20 mins, and both times he's given the ball away... Still not 100% match fit.

A point's a point but we do look a complete shambles, from back to front.

We're off and running only just, on top at the end against a 10 man Hull side - who've just been on Euro duty. Some of our passing is awful and urgency worse. Very slow start to the season and we need to find our best team quickly and other players need dropping. We'll probably go and get something at the Eithad after these two poor games knowing football.

If I am honest. Only Crouch and Adam came out of that with any credit..perhaps with an honourable mention to Shawcross.

Not one player comes out of that game with any credit..piss poor performance by all. At least we've got a point on the board.

When Hull fell to 10 men, we really should've won, but given how poorly we played today, a point may be acceptable, even under the circumstances that it did happen.
Odemwingie did pretty nicely today. Again Crouch seems to be making a case for himself in the starting line-up, and with a bad day with Diouf he may just get it.
A point is a point! On to the next week....

Not pretty in any way but I'll take it.
Can't imagine Hughes is gonna be happy with the way we played, I wasn't. We seemed determined to dawdle on the ball in the middle of the park & couldn't decide how to get the ball into the box until Adam came on & we were a lot more direct.
Anyway first point on the board. Imagine all the wrist slashers will be spamming threads as I type this ( lol )
Onwards & upwards, laters fellow Stokies.

I can't believe we look that bad at the start of the season. I'll take comfort that we started slow last season.

Poor performance. Happy with the point but should have been more from the position we were in. Another defeat next week and we will be around the bottom going in to the International break.
Plenty to ponder Mr.Hughes.

Very very poor and nowhere near good enough.
We haven't finished recruiting this summer. Bet365 might think so but we need real quality if Hughes is to persist with this system in it's current form. Not free transfers and low cost chancers.
If not then Hughes needs to cast his new signings to one side and go back to last season's side as a starting block.

That was completely toss on and off the pitch. Hughes has to quickly work out how we are going to play. Diouf looks out of his depth. We do not know how to play with pace. If we have buckets of money we need to spend it ASAP. We have a lot of options in the squad and the likes of Huth , Muni Cameron and Adam should be set for the team soon. No more chances for those not performing. If we are in for Yarmolenko it might be the kick start Arnie needs. Shocking again today.

We look like a team of individuals who are playing like they think they are better than what they are.
arnies performance I have to say was probably the worse individual performance of any player since the premier league started.

That was absolutely disgusting shit, piss poor performance by stoke, yet again, very lucky to get a point against 10 men, not good enough, players look poor, slow, no movement, no urgency, an absolute embarrassment, our expectations have been brought up, with last seasons performance and the players are not furfilling that, 40 points is all I hope for this season now, anything else is a bonus, we look an absolute shadow of the team last season

To be fair to Hughes team was crying out for Moses and I'm sure we would haven but Adam has to start and so does Walters in the hole behind crouch they will on wednesday and we might just look like a team again and have some power to go with it .
Bojan not up to it , and side ell not as good as whelan Cameron too at man city please bego owes us a good game too now at fault with both goals this season

Poor all round today but my biggest concern is Diouf - with his back to goal against a deep-lying defence he offers nothing.
We need another option up front before deadline...
