If I'm not wrong quite a few were critical to the signing of Lawrence, and in his first season many was really unhappy with what he did.
New players don't get much backing from our fans if they don't perform from day one, but thankfully, this turned out to be a great signing by Pulis.

Ye there were quite a few people who said he was overpriced but i dont think anyone could have envisaged him having the season he is having so far with 15 goals and top of the assists for the league!!!

FFS 'over-priced' is a waste of money, you could have got a better price, jesus it can't be that difficult to work out? At the risk of wasting valuable minutes of my life trying to reason with someone who doesn't have the ability to reason, "over-priced" is NOT the same as a "waste of money". I might have to pay a little more for something I want off E-Bay and if I get it I'll be glad I got it but will admit it's a little over-priced. A waste of money, on the other hand, is a waste of money - something not worth having at all. Please to god tell me that you can see that???????? Smudge, stop knocking. There's obviously nobody home!!!

The difference between overpriced and wasted money is definitely there, say you paid £75 for a ticket to watch stoke this weekend - its definitely overpriced - but would you go to say you wasted all that excess on watching stoke get promoted?
There's definitely a distinct difference between the two.

Parkin made a good impression then became what is called in the medical profession as 'fatty hopeless and Macclesfield skill level'....(YES that really is a medical term!!!)

The arselicking of Smudge knows no limits it seems. When 'what a waste of money' is directed at Schevchenko should they sing 'what an over-priced player'? Absolutely brainless anyone who backs him up on this one.
