What was the game last year where we were asked to to the one Neil Baldwin chant for the film Spurs. Not sure about that. The only reason being that I wasn't there for the Spurs match and it happened when I was there. Think it might have been West Ham or Fulham. EDIT- Unless it happened twice, which it could have.

I thought that the Neil chant for the cameras was against Fulham and Spurs was the 150th celebrations.

It's great to see a situation where the usual Club rivalries are put aside to appreciate something special. It will probably turn out to be the best PR Stoke have ever had.

As a supporter of a manchester club ...... Awaits abuse Lol Just had to join your forum to say what a pleasure it was to watch marvellous last night and I'm sure that 100% of true supporters of rival clubs will agree that it was a programme that brought howls of laughter and moments of great sadness in equal measures and made us all realise that some clubs still have a heart that's still beating Even Lou went up a hell of a lot in my estimation never thought I'd say that about a ex Man U player! Barriers have been broken down and I'm sure Neil will be on free pastys and chips from the rival supporters he will meet Well done Stoke And yes it did bring a tear or two Good luck to Stoke......except for two games!
There's only one Nello and he's youres so look after him From one of the true supporters from manchester

Just watched it. Very entertaining viewing. Certainly gives some perspective on life. I have often wondered about some people's desire to be miserable when it's much more pleasant being happy.
Don't get me wrong, I'm no spiritualist or anything like that but I found the attitude of Neil refreshing and something we could all take in some way.

I 've emailed the ABC in Australia to suggest they add this to their program list. It sounds like the kind of film that may transcend more than just the demarkation lines of football.

i was a disappointed they didnt have a bit more chat from neil himself Did it really need it? I think that woud have diminished the effect created when he did appear and perhaps undermined the performance of Toby Jones who obviously worked very closely with Neil. I think the dynamic created between the two ( based on trust) is one of the great strengths of the film. It creates a reassuring sense of authenticity. I think if Jones had misrepresented Neil in any way, we would certainly have heard about it in the numerous interviews with Neil since.

the only point for me was toby jones gave an outstanding performance, but with nello being in the programme i would have enjoyed hearing him speak for a couple of minute to get more of a sense of the man behind the persona
