Too early from the streaking break for a booking imo.

Not impressed with the quality of the "streakers" during this World Cup! there will never be another Erica

Good luck to him. But seriously how can a player who isn't guaranteed starting XI at Stoke be in last 16 at World Cup, whereas his altogether more talented club mate (Ryan) doesn't even get in the squad for a team who finished bottom of their group. It does show that it's not the resources at your disposal but how you use them. Not one single player from the US or the Costa Rica squads would get anywhere near the England squad, yet both of them look better teams than us. If Hodgson was in charge of the US they would have been home last week.

If Geoff Cameron isn't good enough for us next season then I'm confident of a top six finish.
Criminally underrated.
Pretty sure MH feels the same though so no need to worry.

I'm not sure about the last bit, Foxy. I have very mixed feelings about Cameron. Can look really good at times but scares the shit out of me for the majority of matches. As for Hughes, he spends lots of time bollocking Geoff and my own view is that he doesn't rate him. Time will tell once the season starts but my guess is that Bardsley will start ahead of him.

Will be interesting to see Geoff play a central role. Doing well so far. Am I right in saying Jones is on a free?? If so a good addition to the squad to strengthen our options in defensive midfield

If Zonz the mard does one then I think Geoff could well slot into a defensive midfield role with the more attacking midfielders given a bit more license. I know what you mean about his tendency to balls up but I think his energy, attitude and athleticism make him a very useful squad member. I also like his gritty, hardworking, "can do" style and i genuinely think he can get better mate.

I should clarify I was not talking about a farmer. This chap kept chickens purely as a hobby and when I asked him why, he said it was because, funnily enough, he just loves chickens. According to my maths, if you keep more than 100 chickens purely as a hobby, you are 100 percent certain to look exactly like Beckerman. That's one percent for every chicken. So, if you know someone who keeps 50 chickens for a hobby, he probably looks 50 percent like Beckerman. So by that logic, Ruud Gullit must keep 50 chickens for a hobby. Have you done any comparable research as to what chickens look like if they keep a few humans as a hobby? Id imagine he hasnt. Or if he has, then i bet 13p that he's a 60 year old virgin

So he should. Bardsley is a right back. Cameron isn't. Can't see him starting anywhere else though, mate can you? He has the attributes for a midfielder, so should be chucked in the pot of midfielders that we have. Up to him if he takes the chance that a manager like Hughes will give him.
