Just took the garbage out. Definitely feels like it is about to rain. I live about 4 miles from the Sun Life Stadium. You going to the game? Wife and I talked about it. Ultimately we decided that if we were going to go to a game today it would be up in JAX (we are USMNT fans). But in the end, we decided against both. I just don't get to hyped over friendlies -- I will watch on TV but there are other things I'd rather spend my time and money on (sacrilege, I know).

Same team as against Peru according to SSN. I know we didn't have many other options but Welbeck

I think it's probably the team I'd go with - with Sterling and the Ox unavailable.

Welbeck really shouldn't be anywhere near the side IMO.

Possibly, I don't see the point in that though. They need to play together as much as possible. Every England manager since time began has never shown their full hand at this point. I expect some sort of sandbagging tonight. True enough Mark but do you think that tactic has every really worked? Were England's better performances during World Cup's down to bamboozling the opposition with cagey pre-tournament selections? I don't think so. At this stage I'd pick 'em and play 'em. There'll be enough reasons for changes once the Big Show starts down to form, injuries, the oppositions line-ups and the importance of the game. But right now, I'd let the first XI play together (at some point).

And the embarrassing comments continue...... What embarrassing comments? Giving Jones a run out at RB? No mate. It was aimed at all the Englishmen who want England to lose, there is an ever growing band of them on here for various reasons, ranging from....... The players are all cunts Shawcross didn't get picked for the squad The FA are corrupt The National team has let us down too many times And quite possibly the most pathetic excuse ever, supporting other teams over England because they contain a Stoke player. I don't rate Hodgson as a manager and think that we will get knocked out with a wimper because he is shit scared of his own shadow, but I can't wait for next Saturday night regardless of what happens.

Back to the somewhat uninspiring Plan A then.

Never understood why Welbeck is anywhere near the starting line up, got talent in midfield way above him

This is THE team isn't it? Hodgson sounds like he'd have played Sterling, presumably in place of Welbeck?
Hmmm.

Ian Wright just said that Danny Welbeck has a monkey on his back. I thought that nobody is allowed to mention monkeys at football matches anymore.

Since I can remember I've always looked forward to the World Cup and craved for England to do well and been lucky enough to attend games but I really couldn't give a shit this time around about England.
Yes I'm bitter that Ryan's not there but I fukcing loathe the rat faced Hodgson and his greasy smarmy face.

Stoke first, so I'd love to see Palacios score! Of course I want England to do well but I want to see all our players do just as well!
I find it hard nowadays to really get behind England due to some of the "characters" in the squad

I hope Palacios doesn't injure anyone...except maybe Wilshere.
What a rubbish camera gantry. Who thinks this is a good position to watch a sport from?
