the championship is on a par if not better standard than th espl, if he wants to have a top career in management a norwich or brighton may be better long term than a brom
however it would be easier to keep brom in the prem than get norwich promoted

If you're an English club that's looking to appoint a manger from the SPL it's basically the same as hiring a totally inexperienced manager, so if Norwich did hire Lennon it would be as big of a gamble as appointing Adams on a long term contract, so you may as well stick to the guy who knows the club in and out and will look to bring youth players through.
