MOTD showed it plenty of times although they never actually called for a ban..unlike with Adams...so maybe he will get away with it

Disgraceful if nothing gets done about it and will prove yet again the FA are petrified of the big clubs imo.

Hopefully it's because they're abroad but true if they get away questions need to be asked by some of the clubs stitched up previously.

No rush. They will eventually have to announce if he is being charged or not, as a formal complaint was lodged.
We'll see eh?

Why is the Ramires decision being linked to the others: - The Ramires decision goes in front of the panel of refs - is the standard process surely? - Don't they announce they are charged on the Monday after the game then the panel reviews the evidence during the week? Maybe they wanted to delay the decision so Ramires could play in the Champions - League last night?

I vowed if Ramires was not banned I would take it up with teh authorities. So that is precisely what I am going to do, as it is an absolute disgrace!

I have just telephoned the FA and spoken to Alex nin Customer Relations, who says that he spoke with the Displinary Chairman about this incident an hour ago. He said the timing of this is awry given Chelsea's involvement last night. Hs asked that I look out for news on this later today.
I stated there should be little need for discussion given the forearm smash by Ramires missed by the referee and that given the recent misdeamour at Villa it should be a 5 game ban.

Who selects the refs for the panel? Who pays the refs? Who sets out their terms of reference for the panel? And why are the FA waiting for these refs to meet? They normally meet on the Monday don't they - that's when they normally announce things like this. Surely the FA will arrange these meetings so why is it taking so long?

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has been charged with misconduct for his post-match comments following the Blues' 2-1 defeat by Sunderland on Saturday.
The club's midfielder Ramires has also been charged by the Football Association for violent conduct following an off-the-ball incident with Seb Larsson that was not seen by the match officials but caught on video.
And Chelsea's assistant manager Rui Faria has been charged with two counts of misconduct.
Not a very good welcome home for them really was it!

Still totally corrupt though, I have no proof of it and the evidence suggests other wise but that's the thing to do on here isn't it.
