A fantastic meal all round. The right number of potato's and pieces of chicken.
The shrimp rice worked well with the dish but it was the buxom naked waitresses dipping their appendages into the sauce that made the whole thing work.
Overall, 5 stars but a bit pricey at 75p plus rice. But well worth a try.

And your shit will be like a tributary of the River Kwai for the next three days....... Do you know what Dave, i've never actually had the shits from the food here in Thailand, not once. When I was living in Dubai i'd get it around once a month. Surprising that.

To be honest I really can't take the hot stuff, although I love the flavour a fiery chilli imparts into a dish. If I accidentally eat a hot chilli I end up acting like a 15 stone baby and create a terribly embarrassing scene in the restaurant like somebody whose tonsils are on fire. Anyone that's with me basically disowns me as I sit there gargling water, swearing with a runny nose, streaming eyes and a sweaty brow. It's a pathetic sight to be honest.

I always get the Eartha's when my missus cooks me Thai food, or in fact when anyone does, apparently if I just stick with it for a while I will get used to it....

Have you tried the real thing cliff I can actually make a decent yellow curry mesen as long as I can get the fresh yeller curry paste. The shop in Hartshill do it, opposite the Robin Hood. I do it properly by frying off the spices and then the fatty end of a tin of coconut milk first. I'm a fastidious bastard and a real fussy eater. I find Masaman too rich, Penang too thin, Green too monotone, however my beloved Yellow has a complexity, smoothness and depth that I really like. It's the hardest one to find here in Thailand as well. Done right its an OMG! dish. Garnish with caramelised onions.

I reckon he couldn't get near me in a Yellow Curry cook off. However, I would never attempt (or dare) to take his famous brother on in a plastering competition.
