Chugga, it appears to me that you don't actually like Australians, so why bother going to Ozzie Land in the first place. There must be dozens of Countries who sre desperate to have a man of your abilities playing for them, take for example Brazil they are really struggling at the moment. Are there any countries that you like such as USA or Mexico, what about France or Germany? Chugga, Sod off going to Ozzie Land and come to Florida. I think you should give Orlando City a shot. If that doesn't work out you can try the iconic Tampa Rowdies or Ocala Stampede a division below. We don't hate Poms over here and actually assume every Brit is a world class soccer star base on the fact they are British. You can stay in my attached apartment if you like and help me in the off season train up for my Sunday League goalkeeper season. No bummers around here either and I won't screw you over like that c@nt Ozzie Joe. No bummers in Florida, then how do you explain Key West!?!

Woed of advice going to Australia to play in the conference...They do not have the "Vauxhall" brand like we have . It is branded "Holburn".. Same as in Europe where it is branded "Opal".. So if chugga is reading this and thinks there is a "Vauxhall Conference" in Australia, I am guessing he may need to ask for "Holburn Conference " instead. Probably unrelated, but I kinda like the Chug Meister and want to help all I can, and passing on my worldly knowledge to him gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. Tim, it's bloody 'Holden' mate, not 'Holburn' Cheers Rog Doubt Chuggs will notice the difrance.

I was born in Leek but lived in Werrington all my life. Used to do a lot of fishing and some of my early trips were to Knypersely reservoir and Cauldon Canal at Cheddleton. I often pass through Leek on visits back there to get up to a few pubs near Tittesworth Reservoir. I just love that part of the world. Do you know the Yew Tree at Cauldon Lowe? Got to be the best place on earth.

Actually, just on your comment, you don't get shrimps over here but you do get these massive prawns, about 4-6 inches long. They are just beautiful straight from the shop with a drop of wine. Never thrown them on the bbq though. I did have a bit of kangaroo on the barbie with a cracking drop of Fullers Reserve beer I bought - one of the most memorable barbie lunches I've ever had. Off for a cooked brekkie now. Bacon and home laid eggs. Cheers

Hey Marrer my old man was Superintendent at Tittersworth. Used to drink at the Moss Rose. Used to tell us about his workers who used to dangle a line from the tower and get caught and fined by the bailiff. I have lived in Melbourne now for 50 years

Here's a photo of that one Sunbury: plus.google.com/101815173378813010329/about?hl=enI think I've been there once. When I'm back in England, my parents always take me for lunch at the Three Horse Shoes on the Buxton road just near to Tittesworth. BTW, I was down in your neck of the woods last week; had a meeting on St Kilda road. Marwood, here is a link to bring back memories: www.yewtreeinncauldon.com/Alan is still there but is now helped out by his son in law who has recently returned from New Zealand to help him run the place. I think Alan seems to be getting a bit grumpy in his old age and his son in law is doing a good job at welcoming people. It's been a pilgrimage of mine to go back there for donkeys years and I do it each time.

Conner see what you all going on about I'm fro stoke he's from Stoke but wants be an Ozzie and he won't let me dos down for a few weeks I'd do it for him any road I'm thinking going some were else like Sidney I am his loss not mine I've got no interest in Oz but a 20 page thread eventually makes you think - what the fuck is going on in there? And as i thought - it's somebody trolling or making a tool out of themselves Just out of interest - how is it Joe's loss that he's slightly wary about letting some incoherent, illiterate stranger with dubious social skills kip on his sofa? What exactly is he missing out on? I've got to go out in a bit but i'll catch up with the rest when i get back.

Well might you ask what the fuck is going on me old marrer (sorry Rog )
I've deliberately avoided commenting too much on this thread just in case the threat of scfc2014 turning up in Oz is genuine
I still don't know whether he's a tool, a troll, a 12-year-old havin' a f*ckin' good larrf at our expense, or whether he's fresh out of Cheddleton??
Either way.....conner offer him my settee....but it IS good for a bit of entertainment while the transfers are sorted, eh?
On that note, I wish that Bojan would hurry up and sign
(DSOTM from Clayton, now from Oz)

Chugga, what do you think you will miss most about Stoke? Aside from the obvious friends and family, i really miss the ability to go into any boozer or office or shop and talk to people about Stoke City. so for me its 1) SCFC related talk with any random 2) Sentinel and Green Un 3) Oatcakes 4) Wrights Pies 5) Country Pubs with canals.
Im guessing everyone talking with a Stoke accent would be high on your list?

This place is essentially my local and has been for nearly 20 years, I was usually lucky when I was in the Navy, there seemed to be at least one other Stokie (even a Vale fan once!) on each ship and/or shorebase I was on. Even at work I'm on shift with a Newcastle fan that takes little interest in Newcastle never mind football in general (to be fair he does take his lad to at least one game a season) and another fella that hates football
