When Sunderland plummit into the Championship would mr Johnson be tempted into joining the Potters?

He comes across as a bit of a tit who is more concerned about Adam Johnson than the team he plays for.

Would we want him? Highlights player, looks good for five minutes on MOTD every couple of months, anonymous otherwise.

He comes across as someone who thinks he's too good for us, yet he can't get a start for Sunderland.
His wage demands will be sky high after his time on Man Citeh.
I think we can do better.

Poor man's Tuncay.
If he was foreign he wouldn't get into the country. Only because he is English is he still in the top division.

Johnson is a great player, always looking to create chances. He would be a hero at Stoke

I have just looked on Sunderlands messageboard and on the WE MUST KEEP JOHNSON thread they all reckon he will be gone, one tosser says "he will end up at a tin pot club like stoke" He needs to look at the prem table

Adam Johnson would be a great signing, looking at 50k a week though and a hefty transfer fee so I doubt we'd pay that

Think him or Seb Larsson would be ok signings although Johnson has more milage in the tank (you would expect).

Just supposing Kightly returns rejuvenated and Hughes and co. sprinkle some magic dust on him. I do like Johnson, pushed them on and changed the game when he came on.

I'd have him as back up, but I always get the feeling he thinks hes doing Sunderland a favor every time he plays for them and its just a matter of time before he gets snapped up by one of the big clubs.

For me he will end up at 1 of this 3 clubs: Everton, Swansea and.......West Ham . I will take immediately Borini. Then someone like Ki, if we lose N'Zonzi in midfield. In Defence nobody atm.

Ki will go back to Swansea; maybe they will let him go. Could be a very good player for us - but has the same failing as Johnson. When he is on song he is excellent, when he ain't, he's pish. There is a reason why both have been benched recently. Maybe LMH could get some consistent performances out of them. Very frustrating players.

This /\/\ I know a lot of Man City fans who all said the same, he has part of a good game every 5 games, the rest of the time he's strolling about. Wonder why he was only on the bench again last night, another Kenwyne?

I'd have him at Stoke. An excellent replacement for the departing Matty Etherington, plus with the possible loan return of Assaidi, we might well need a new winger.

Rather have bolaise, works aarder, has darting runs, pace and flair and he doesn't go missing and to boot he is cheaper than Johnson.
