Interesting looking at the table and the bottom 11, all potential candidates for relegation up until this last week.
The top 5 of those 11 are the ones who have stuck by their managers , namely Stoke, WHU, Villa, Hull and Norwich
The bottom 7 are the ones who have not.
Chairmen ...take note!

Norwich would be doing better if they'd sacked theirs IMO.
Some of those sackings were the right decision.

Palace would probably still be bottom of the league had they not replaced Holloway - regardless of who they brought in. He'd made a lot of mistakes. I'd say Sunderland look a lot better under Poyet than they did under di Canio, even if they're still in trouble. It looks to me that performances have improved for them, but results haven't for whatever reason. Cardiff would be dead and buried either way because they're in a state of civil war and I doubt Brazil would be all that much better off with Clarke.

Whether these were good decisions or not, the table suggests that ultimately it doesn't have much impact.

Sunderland and Palace needed a miracle the state they were left in and the change has given them a fighting chance. Would Fulham really be better off if Jol was still there? Clarke and Mackay's sackings were harsh.

Completely agree with the sentiment Stan and agree, stability is key Reckon Hughton at Norwich is probably the luckiest of those and seems to have won at least 2 'last chance must win' games this season Villa fans still not convinced by Lambert though, and its not like he hasnt had a few seasons now and they dont see any progress Big Sam seems to spend a few years here, few years there - and all is not well as per last nights booing (after a win!) and reaction Brucey seems safe enough and doing a great job at Hull, and despite some mumblings from the ultra-Pulistas I dont think Sparkys job has been in doubt at all, Coatesy would have backed him even if the worst had happened after making such a big change at the start of this season However (pedantry alert), if there are 11 teams, and 5 have stuck with their managers, there cant be 7 others lol
